following terms and conditions (these “Terms of Use” or “Terms”), govern your access to, and use of, the My Creations website, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through the site by My Creations (“Company” or “we” or “us”). Please read the Terms carefully before using our website. This is an agreement between you and My Creations. By accessing or using the website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy, explains our collection, use, transmission and disclosure of your personal information provided by or collected from you. By agreeing to be bound by these Terms, you are also agreeing that you have read and understood the collection, use, transmission and maintenance of your personal information or data as described in the Privacy Policy (and as amended from time to time). Your continued use of the site means that you have accepted those modifications.

1 - Account Registration And Express Check-Out To use the services provided, you may be required to provide information about yourself including your name, email address, username and password and other personal information. You agree that any registration information you give to My Creations will always be current, correct and complete. You must not provide account information or any email address other than your own.

2 - Third Party Websites We may decide to add third party links to the site which will be provided for your convenience on the site. You understand and agree that we are not accountable or liable for the availability, accuracy, content or policies of third party website or resources.

3- Booking and Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a date and slot, this covers a Design consulation and guaranteed installation slot. The deposit is usually applied towards the final balance, For example, final payment may be required 2–4 weeks before the installation or event.

4 - Amendments or cancellations must be made in writing within specified time frames, often at least 1–8 weeks before the install. Cancellations close to the Installtion or event often result in partial or full payment being retained, reflecting the florsit and designers incurred costs and accessories purchased. Changes to flowers, style, or colour may not be refundable, especially within a limited period before the Install.

5 - Payments must be made by cash, Paypal and or bank transfer. We cannot hold dates or provide tentative bookings. To confirm your quote and secure your date, we require a deposit of £75.00 and approval of these terms + conditions. Additional purchases made after the final consultation will be accepted only if the accessories, design and flowers/foliage are avaliable from our suppliers. No guarantee is given that the same flowers will be available for orders made after the final consultation but rest assured that colour and style will match as closely as possible. It is your responsibility to review all event details, including the date, wedding venue, and quantities of items to be delivered.

6 - Price Variations We reserve the right to amend or change the pricing outlined in this quote in the event of cost changes beyond our control (e.g. wholesale flower prices). We will make every effort to honour the original agreed price, however, the current volatile nature of shipping (national/international) dramatically affects wholesale flower prices. Any price increases will be formally advised to you in writing.

7 - Delivery Upon delivery the client assumes all responsibility and care for your accessories/props flowers and designs.

8 - Photographs & Video Footage We retain the right to photograph all finished work and use photographs of your Design in our marketing efforts. This includes, but is not limited to social media, brochures, websites, Pinterest, advertising, magazine submissions and other publications related to self-promotion and marketing. Photos taken by us of your Designs remain our property. Our photos are not to be reproduced, copied or edited in any way by you or any third party without our prior permission. We reserve the right to hire an independent photographer to capture our work on the day. Usage of these images will be limited to our own marketing and self-promotion applications.

9 - Installations + Large-Scale Designs It’s the client’s responsibility to advise the our designer regarding the scope of designs. The responsibility remains with the client to seek the required permissions from the Venue/property to construct any hanging, suspended or other uncommon floral installations. We cannot be held responsible or liable for any instances where work cannot be completed and achieved due to a lack of permission or safety at the venue/property.

10 - Privacy We respect your privacy. Your names, wedding/event date, contact details, order information & pricing will be treated with complete privacy. We will not speak with any media representative or release any information unless you give us consent to do so. We request you do the same and do not disclose order and pricing details to anyone without our express written consent.

11 - Circumastances beyond our control. Adverse weather conditions We My creations can not be responsible for adverse weather conditions and damage caused to goods and buildings. Extreme Weather Conditions In the instance of extreme weather (wind, rain, heat, or cold), we will always put safety first and will follow government advice regarding any event including flooded roads. We cannot be held liable for the impact extreme weather conditions have on our ability to safely do our job. Extreme temperatures and high winds have a dramatic impact on flowers props and acessories for your displays and installations. While we will do our best to go above and beyond, we cannot be held responsible for damaged florals, designs and displays because of the weather.

12 - Design Terms Ordering of flowers will not begin until a signed copy of this contract is returned, along with the deposit. (Occasionally, flowers will not be ordered until the final consultation date). The floral designer will begin assembling the flowers after the final consultation date and when the balance is paid in full. The designer will be in contact by phone during the whole process to ensure 100% satisfaction. Any changes to be made must be addressed during these communications.

13 - Changes to this privacy policy at any time. we encourage users to frequently check this page for andy changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy periodically and become aware of any changes.
